Questions
What is business process automation?
Software doing the repetitive steps people do by hand: sending reminders, raising invoices, assigning enquiries, reordering stock and preparing reports. Each routine has a trigger (an order is confirmed, a due date is close) and an action, and it runs the same way every time without anyone remembering to do it.
What kind of businesses do you automate?
Any business with a running operation and work that repeats: clinics, factories, real estate agencies, retailers, traders, housing societies, law practices and logistics firms among them. We start from how your business already works rather than from a template.
Which channels can the routines use?
WhatsApp, email and in-app notifications, UPI payment links, and the data you already keep, whether that is spreadsheets or older software. Our own products already send WhatsApp reminders, receipts and alerts this way.
How long does an automation project take?
A focused system takes 4 to 8 weeks, and a full ERP with automation across departments 3 to 6 months. We estimate precisely after the consultation, not before.
Do you work with businesses in Dubai and the UAE?
Yes, from our Chennai studio. Chennai is one and a half hours ahead of the UAE, so our working day of 10am to 7pm IST is 8:30am to 5:30pm Gulf time, and calls and reviews happen in your office hours.
Who owns the software?
You do, outright, once it is delivered. Ongoing support and further development are a choice you make later, not a subscription you need to keep the routines running.
