Terms of service

We are a software consultancy. We design and build custom business systems, including ERP, CRM, inventory, billing and reporting software, we integrate AI into existing operations, and we advise on how a business should systematise its processes before any code is written. We also publish product software of our own.

Everything on this site describing that work is descriptive. Timelines, capability lists, indicative budget ranges and case studies illustrate how we typically work. They are not a quote and not a commitment for your particular project.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. Submitting an enquiry form or booking a call does not create any obligation on either of us: it starts a conversation.

We are free to decline work, and you are free to walk away, at any point before a written agreement is signed.

All work we do for a client is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or services agreement signed by both parties. That document, not this website, is where scope, deliverables, milestones, pricing, payment terms, acceptance, support, confidentiality, warranties and ownership of the work are set.

If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement governs the project work.

The content of this site, including its text, design, layout, code, graphics, the Taheri Developers name and the logo, is owned by Taheri Developers or used under licence, and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trade mark law.

You may read the site, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. You may not copy, republish, redistribute or adapt substantial parts of it, use our name or logo to suggest an association that does not exist, or reproduce the site’s design or code for a competing business, without our written permission.

Ownership of work produced for a client is a matter for that client’s project agreement, and is handled there. Client names, logos and screenshots that appear in case studies remain the property of those clients and are shown with permission.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable Indian law.
• Submit false, misleading or impersonated details through the enquiry or booking forms.
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited marketing, malware or any other harmful content through our forms or to our published contact addresses.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its database, its APIs or any connected system, or to probe or test its security without our written consent.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest the site at a rate or scale that interferes with its normal operation, or extract its content for reuse in a competing service.
• Interfere with the site’s availability for others, including by overloading it.

We may block access, without notice, where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

We write the content of this site carefully and keep it current as best we can, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate at every moment, or suitable for your particular circumstances, and we do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation. Advice from us comes from an actual conversation about your operation, not from a marketing page. Please do not make a business decision on the strength of a web page alone.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with this website is limited to five thousand rupees.

This clause is about the website. Our liability for project work is dealt with in the relevant signed project agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

The site links to and embeds services we do not control, including the Calendly scheduler, our social media profiles and, at times, third-party articles and tools.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices of any external site or service. A link is not an endorsement. When you use one of those services, its own terms and privacy policy apply to that use.

Our privacy policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask for a copy of it or have it deleted. It forms part of these terms.

We may revise these terms as the site and our services change. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date shown alongside. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Changes are not retrospective and do not alter any project agreement already signed.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
